Managers have the ability to add and remove learners as well as reset passwords for users under their areas of responsibility. Once accounts have been setup by managers, invitation codes can be printed or emailed directly to learners, allowing them to activate their accounts.
When new user accounts are created, unique invitation codes are generated for each user. To activate their accounts, users can manually enter their invitation codes on the BIStrainer login page or click on a link in their account invitations to complete the process automatically.
As an alternative to setting up user accounts individually, a universal invitation code can be created which allows any user with the invitation code to activate an account. A specified expiry date as well as a maximum number of account activations can be assigned to any universal invitation code.
Managers have the ability to move learners from one location to another while transferring all of their course history. This eliminates the need to delete existing accounts and setup new accounts each time learners are transferred to new locations.
