Our six step development process is designed to work with as little or as much input from you as you choose. Short on time? If you already have a lot on your plate, you can provide us with an outline of the learning objectives and the course information and we will do the work for you. Are you a hands-on subject matter expert? Great! You can have as much input and involvement as you wish.
Either way, we know you are going to love our work.
Course Information - Your team can supply the information to be covered in the training course, the course learning objectives, and access to your subject matter expert and our team will develop the course script for your review.
Script Proof - Once our team has completed a draft of the course script, you can make changes or provide your approval. Upon signoff of the script, you will be provided access to our talent directory to choose a voice or video host for your course if required.
Recording Session - Our team will book the talent and recording session required for your course. If the course requires an onscreen host, we will also book a professional hair and makeup artist.
Asset Sourcing - We will work with your team to source photos, images, diagrams, and any other additional assets required for your course.
Course Proof - Upon completion of the initial draft of the course, you will be given the opportunity to review the course, request changes, and provide your approval.
Deliverables - The approved course will be uploaded to BIStrainer LMS or burned to DVD.
